SEXUAL HARASSMENT: MANAGERS
This e-learning module, has been specifically designed for managers, and will give a greater understanding on how to address the issue of Sexual harassment in the workplace; the necessary action needed to be taken if such event occurs, and the preventative measures to be put in place to create a safe working environment.
Sexual harassment remains a significant issue in British workplaces and throughout the world. To feel comfortable, safe and harassment free in the workplace is a basic human right that every worker deserves, and therefore addressing sexual harassment in your organisation is critical. Through education and a positive work culture, everyone in your organisation should understand their rights, and their responsibility to recognise and deal with sexual harassment in the workplace.
Upon successful completion of the course trainees will be issued with a certificate which will be valid for 5 years.
Note, A UKRS course standard is only endorsed when delivered by an appropriate instructor and accompanied by an accredited UKRS Certificate.
