Harassment free office: employees

This e-learning module, has been specifically designed for employees, and will give a greater understanding on how to address the issue of harassment in the workplace; the necessary action needed to be taken if such event occurs, and the preventative measures to be put in place to create a safe working environment.

Workplace Harassment is an issue no organisation can afford to ignore. The consequences of workplace harassment can be low productivity & morale, high turnover of staff, poor customer service and costly legal actions.

Upon successful completion of the course trainees will be issued with a certificate which will be valid for 5 years.

Note, A UKRS course standard is only endorsed when delivered by an appropriate instructor and accompanied by an accredited UKRS Certificate.
