Dealing with disruptive people
Disruptive people are a frustrating part of any workplace with the potential to negatively influence those around them. If left unchecked, the troublesome conduct of disruptive employees can greatly affect your organisation’s morale, performance, and productivity. This programme discusses the key issues brought on by different types of disruptive people, and how to handle them when they arise.
Upon successful completion of the course trainees will be issued with a certificate which will be valid for 5 years.
